It seems fitting this time of year to give thanks, so THANK YOU ALL for a wonderful 2011 season – and happy holidays! We will be out of the office 11/24-12/4, 12/23-25, and 12/30-1/9/12. Looking forward, 2012 is literally guaranteed to be our biggest and busiest year yet. The preliminary estimate is that we will spend more than one-third of the year on the road. Please stay tuned for a big announcement next week! Let it be known, there will be a significant shift with regard to our event calendar and daily workload, as well as some noticeable limits on our ability to take on new projects and clients, because we are already booked solid. All things considered, this is an excellent kind of problem. It is the result of many years of hard work made possible by all our great clients, friends, and participants.
